I've got the offer page, but when I click through the product's not found, and adding it manually with the offer code I get "invalid promotion code". Any suggestions?

i tried this yesterday before it was posted here (saw it on hukd-can't find the link now), wasn't working then too-code didn't work so was being charged for delivery, tried now and still not working
