you are lucky if you did get a freebie, I signed up and got nothing then registered for emails they sent me a code for a freebie then said it had expired at checkout, what a con!! I always hear mixed reviews about this company and that has put me off spending anything with them!!!

I can find the cowshed balm now (for £5) when I put the code for the freebie in from the NOTW cashback site it says not valid!

I just ordered the free lipbalm. I used the instructions earlier in the thread to search for the free cowshed lipbalm, clicked the link given by captain cash and ordered with no problems. Fingers crossed that it arrives!

Just decided to have one last go at clicking through from the Captaincash site and it worked for me, a page with the free lip balm came up and I quickly completed! Thank you again OP!
