i don't think these are a bad company you imagine how many samples they've had to send out, so to wait 2 weeks isn't bad at all.

i also ordered a FREE bronzing kit (large) which they e mailed me about and paid postage and it came within 2 days i was very pleased with them.

my lip balm came today aswell thanks again op

I got mine yesterday too (lipbalm); quite like it.

My issue with the company is not waiting 2 weeks for a freebie, but the fact they sent me a despatch email 2 weeks ago! I didn't mind waiting, but became suspicious that they may do that with "real" orders & then keep you waiting.

Sounds like others, including yourself, have had good service though.

that is true they shouldn't have sent dispatch e mails out when they did. least we got it in the end eh and i can recommend ordering other times as service was really good.
