I haven't received my lipbalm yet but I'm not going to let that put me off the company. If anything i'm impressed that they continued to honour the offer after selling out at least once even if that means that I have to wait. It is a freebie afterall. But if they've been sending out 'your item has been dispatched' emails when they haven't got any products, which seems to be the case then they are acting unprofessionally freebie or no freebie.0
