I've just received mine. Requested it on the day the original post was posted and live about 10 miles from the address it was sent from. On the envelope it had a First Class sticker covered up with a Second Class sticker so I'm guessing they've been piling them up as they pack them and sent out 'dispatch emails' but seeing how many requests they get before they decide which service to send it by and the 'dispatched' email means it sat in a pile at the warehouse not it's actually been posted.

I finally got mine today after believing that it wasn't going to arrive, it's dinky but very moisturising.

I'd also e-mailed them and got the reply about them going out 2nd class but that still doesn't account for the fact that I received the 'despatched' e-mail 10 days ago too. Royal Mail aren't usually that bad and my 2 daughters haven't received theirs either.

No i havent had any mail from them.

I've not had anymore junk mail then normal. The week before signing up I had 34 junk mail emails sent to me, I had around 25 normal emails the same time. I made a mental note of this as it was strange. It hasn't gotten any worse since signing up.
