Did your HD Box do a update at 2.220pm today?

Just after the football started on ITV my box did a reboot at just after 2.20pm.
It went off then the on the screen the message SKY HD+ came up then it turned box off and could not turn it back on for a few mins and when i turned it back on it was on Channel 998 or 999
I always though Sky did updates during the night.
