Best place to convert USD cash to EURO's

I have about $400 USD cash notes which I'd like to change into EURO's. Can anyone suggest where I can get the best exchange rate for this. Tks

    Best bet is to wait until you are in euroland and change there. And shop around when there.

    If you change here you will have to change into ££ first and then into euros, incurring two lots of fees/commission/exchange rate markups.

    Unless you can find a friend who wants to change the other way round - come to a mutually advantageous deal
