When it comes to download speeds, these are different from advertised and are normally 10% of what you're getting. So if you're downloading at 200-300kps, that's 2-3mb. I'm with Virgin on a 10mb package and I only get just over 1.1mb ever. You can easily check your speeds at https://www.speedtest.net0
