Capital one

Does anyone know if capital one is a credit card from hell? I allready know its interest rates are from hell :0S but whats it like for spending abroad?

    From Capital One:-
    When the transaction is applied to your account, we add a currency conversion charge of 2.75% of the amount of the transaction. And if you use your card to withdraw cash or make a cash transaction, there'll be a cash-handling charge of £3 or 3%, as well as the currency conversion charge.
