Hi
just wondering if anyone else is having problems with their adsl connections. My router has been unable to "synch" for 16 days now. Before anyone else tells me to get a new router I have tried mine on another adsl line and it synchs fine and if I borrow another router it does not synch either.
I apparently have a line fault and BT have been trying to fix (for 16 days).
I am currently with Madasafish but am in the process of transferring to AOL and due to go live with them on 1 September - should be interesting with a line fault.
What am I supposed to do to get this line fault fixed - I have even e-mailed the CEO of Madasafish's parent company but he does not even reply. I have asked Madasafish to treat the matter urgently but no success there either.
Madasafish to their credit have given me a dial-up account to use in the meantime but very slow !!
Local exchange is Troon, Ayrshire
Anyone ??

hi,
in case this isn't resolved yet: write to the managing director, use recorded delivery, cc'ing ofcom (the communications watchdog) and your region's trading standards.
say you will be letting local and national media know about the situation with them, plus you'll be telling colleagues, friends and family.
ask for compensation as well
i have never known this to fail, good luck!Boyfriend & I have saved £12K in two years, thanks to careful budgeting and keeping a record of what we spend. I've never paid myself this amount of money before - it feels great!0
