Scaredy that article was really interesting, definitely food for thought.
it does throw up intresting angles on procrastinating, and the fact it reiterates that you shouldn't expect to change overnight.. which i think we do, and we are setting ourselfs up to fail....Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!

I am suffering have a pain in the joint of one of my toes, in the mornings one of my ankle is painful and going up stairs my knee joint is painful - just a big pain really, but just wondering if anyone thinks this may be the start of arthritis!!! I think I fit right into the *perfectionist* profile. I dont give myself any credit for working towards a goal. To me its either finished or not finished.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0
