I was calling Virgin Media India today and I honestly could not understand a word the Indian lady was saying, it got so bad I gave the phone to my son who admitted defeat as well, I would have thought that the minimum requirement was the ability to be understood then technical knowledge.
  • Tell them you are making an official complaint and ask them to record it. Then tell them you are disatisfied and want to talk to their manager. Their English skills are usually better and they can authorise (a bit) more stuff. And on the plus point, I've found that the more official complaints I have attached to my account, the more helpful and useful they actually are. Bad, isn't it!!!
