PAYG Number Transfer

Quick question for the folks as I'm struggling to find the answer on a quick google search and would have to pay to speak to Virgin.

My Mum has got the simply 8p tariff and transferred to Virgin Mobile. Given them the PAC code, and it is all set up to transfer over next week. Now T-Mobile credit will be lost so she isn't going to reload with another £5 and instead is going to use the Virgin Sim and temporary number this weekend. Will credit loaded onto this temp number still be available with Virgin when the number is transferred over?

I've never used a PAC from a PAYG to PAYG so I don't know! :o

    The only thing that will change is the number, everything else will remain. You credits safe.

    That is what I though, Virgin sent a text which was a bit confusing!
