I don't mind if they ask me to stop being sarcastic, at least that means they've noticed I'm being sarcastic. Most of the time it goes straight over their heads. This time however, she actually said to me "I'll get a colleague to call you back in a few minutes, that will give you chance to calm down, it's really not worth getting agitated about you know" Needless to say that statement had the opposite effect.

Yes Proc is a bit odd at times.

Glad you feel better anyway.

Mostly I like Argos because they are handy but I've learned not to buy certain breakable things from them or things we're desperate for or to do anything which involves phoning them up. If it can't be done on t'internet with Argos I don't bother.
