Tesco.net- ever going to increase speeds???

Anyone else annoyed with Tesco.net?
I am still paying £17.97 a month (locked into contract) for just a measly 512k conection.
Loads of other internet companies seem to offer 1meg or 2meg connections for that price.
I know they do a "finest" broadband but it excessively expensive.
Anyone know if they are ever going to increase the speeds? (and keep the price the same!!!??)

You'll know as much as anyone else I'm afraid. If you email them with your complaints they may do something about it

Tesco not the same as Tesco.net for customer service. Last time I had a problem it was very expensive calls and put through to an Indian call centre where it was very difficult to understand them."She is quite the oddball. Oh dear superscaper. didn't know that.
Netgear annoyed me no end with their indian support. My router died basically.. the indian woman told me to reset it about 5 times and then send it back if it didnt work..
Then i looked on the netgear site and there was a recovery tool to flash the box.. used that and it worked fine LOL!
