Orange Pay n Go Dolphin top up issue...
Hi,
The last three times I've topped up I don't seem to get my free texts and have to call Orange to sort it out. I'm doing it before the last top up date so all should be well...?
Anyone else getting this problem? I topped up today but didn't (again) recieve the messages with all the benefits like 'You have 300 free texts' and 'You have unlimited data' just the 'You now have x-amount'...

Could be a problem with the sim reg. Might be an idea to ask them for a new sim and see if that sorts out the problem.0
