Downgrading Service Plan on Orange

Hi everyone,

I'm currently on Panther 30 (2 year contract which started July last year). I have 600 mins, 500 mins & unlimited internet on a Blackberry which is £30 a month.

I rang up Orange and they have put me on Dolphin which is 300 mins, unlimited texts & internet which has only saved me £5 a month so will be paying £25 from the next bill.

Has anyone ever been downgrading to paying like £15 a month?

If you are eligible to change tariff, then it only goes down £5 a month - you can ask next month to drop down by £5 but will probably lose more minutes/texts etc.

^ What he said. They'll only let you drop on tariff a month.
