Mealplans WB 14th June 2010

Hey.
I know the week is nearly out but I'm new and wanted to start off on the planning : )

sunday= lasagne & salad (4 portions went in freezer plus one left for lunch on Monday)

Monday = cauliflower & brocolli cheese

tuesday= kids had macaroni cheese with sweetcorn, I had a dominos : ( (felt like I had a hangover the next day though LOL)

wednesday= kids had herby chicken, bakes pots & salad, I had spicy chicken wraps with HM salsa & salad

thursday= salmon & baked pots with sald (brocolli for the kids its their favourite)

friday= king prawn korma (organic jar sauce reduced to clear) and rice (prawns were reduced to clear !)

Saturday= hot dogs, chips & salad

I cook a lot from scratch but have lazy days : )

I think all the plans sound yummy and will be having Liver & onions soon after reading them : )

RainbowDreams - those cinnabons sound great - would you share the recipe ?
also OrangeProse - do you have a recipe to share for the Black bean chilli - it sounds great !

ha ha just read this and realised we've hardly had any of these this week!

so far

roast chicken (to good to miss whoopsie)
pasta with peas and ham for kids as dh and I went out for lunch
chicken fried rice
out for bbq
tonight will be the meatloaf though I promise!
