    Hi everyone!

Hope you're all enjoying your Friday evenings. I did my grocery shopping this evening so I'm all stocked up for the coming week :)

Fri: Pasta with cheese & ham (my guilty pleasure as I'm home alone!)
    Sat: Carbonara
    Sun: Spanish meatballs & rice
    Mon: Macaroni cheese
Tues: Creamy chicken & mushroom with rice
    Wed: Sausage cous cous casserole
    Thurs: Spaghetti bolognese

Think I will make the macaroni cheese, creamy chicken and spaghetti bolognese on Sunday and freeze it. Might make some soup then too.

    Jo :)

I think my freezer might be on its way out so desperately need to use up (its pretty full) and there is only me and the dog now so here we go

Sunday Roast Chicken Mash and roast potatos Mixed veg
    Monday Chicken and chips
Tuesday Beef Curry, I think, didnt label the bag
Wednesday Liver onions and Mash mixed veg
    Thursday Spaghetti Bolgnaise
    Friday Pizza
    Saturday Mixed grill

I plan to buy nothing until I have used up everything in the freezer, If it lasts out that long,
    wish me luck.
and hopefully use the money I save towards a new freezer (secondhand if I can find one)

Good Luck Meg! I hope your freezer lasts long enough. :) Here's my mealplans for the week:

Tonight - HM Pizza, topped with mozzarella (RTC), pepperoni, cooking bacon and Value passata.
Sunday - HM Lamb Kofte with salad
    Monday - Omelette with salad
    Tuesday - Not Sure Yet.
Wednesday - Spaghetti Bolognese (I'll be making a huge batch of tomatoey mince, but most will have chilli spices added to it and beans).
Thursday - Chicken Curry with Rice (and extra veggies)
    Friday - Not Sure Yet.

I'm not doing any other cooking than that this week. We can use up what we've got in the cake tin and cupboards until my batch cooking day a week on Monday. I must plan for that so I know what to do! Have a nice week, everyone.

    and balsamic roast onions/peppers/mushrooms/courgettes

Monday: Roast Chicken, curried rice, side salad and garlic bread

Tuesday: Tuna and prawn jacket potatoes with salad and hm coleslaw

    Wednesday: chicken noodle stir fry

Thursday: hm lasagne with green salad

Friday: hm fish bake, oven chips, peas

Breakfasts will be porridge, weetabix or toast and Lunches will be packed lunches for girls and leftovers, soup, sandwich or whatever for me.
