Hi everyone!
Hope you're all enjoying your Friday evenings. I did my grocery shopping this evening so I'm all stocked up for the coming week
Fri: Pasta with cheese & ham (my guilty pleasure as I'm home alone!)
Sat: Carbonara
Sun: Spanish meatballs & rice
Mon: Macaroni cheese
Tues: Creamy chicken & mushroom with rice
Wed: Sausage cous cous casserole
Thurs: Spaghetti bolognese
Think I will make the macaroni cheese, creamy chicken and spaghetti bolognese on Sunday and freeze it. Might make some soup then too.
