This week I'm trying out batch cooking and stocking my freezer (first time, wish me luck!), so I'm not doing a day by day meal plan but instead a batch cook day and a couple of "spare" meals to fill in gaps. Plus we're away for the w/e camping (main reason I'm doing it this week as I can't go shopping mon/tues so any food we buy today will be more likely to go to waste!)
I'm making:
1 x Ham, Mushroom and Pineapple Pizza (maybe 2 depending on how much dough I make)
2 x Tomato and Garlic Pizza Bread
2/3 x Chilli (One to be made into Chilli Cottage Pie)
2/3 x Spag Bol
2 x Ham and Spinach Lasagne
12 Cinnabons
12 Beglian Buns
All to go in the freezer.
"Spare" meals will be:
Toad in the Hole with mash and left over veg
Potato, Ham and Pea Frittata
Mushroom Curry (with one of the jars of Pataks I got for the free Karahi)
HM Tomato Sauce with left over veg and pasta
