I manage to get 2000 xnet long week end minutes after getting contact from dial a phone with o2 400 min and 100 text. :beer:

2000 xnet long weekend minutes are for every one who is paying 35 pounds or more on any o2 contract.

Me and hubby both pay £35 per month for our O2 phones. How did you get this deal? Could you please give me some more info. Thanks in advance.

Its mention on o2 website t&c, all customers on o2 250, 400, 600 or any other contract and paying 35 or more are eligible for this promotion offer for life of the contract

i called customer svc at 100 and ask abt these long weekend minutes and after making me hold for ten min, i wz told dat i got 880 mins for dis month and will be getting full 2000 minutes from next month.

It doesn’t include o2 online customers... I have been going round and round in circles with o2 retentions they can’t offer it till the middle to end of October...

I am really unhappy about this but I get 750 text and minutes and extra 2000 would be wicked I think these people on orange that are getting 2500 minutes and unlimited texts…

It’s not fair... but I don’t trust orange customer service…

The offer is only for o2 retail and o2 direct not o2 online. I think if you call up you online customer services and you are on a £35 a month you will be told its not avaibale!!!
