The best option will be to keep your working hours to just 16 or under so you can then still claim all your other benefits to the full amount that you're entitled to. :)

Hopefully in the future the school will have the need for you to work 40hours per week, so you will then be better off in the fulltime job.

But working anything over 16 but under 38hours per week is just messy and pointless normally.

Oh right but being at home earning zero when you could be at work is soooooooo much more productive
    Future Mrs Gerard Butler :D

Shes not earning zero though is she?

Shes working 16hours (2days) per week, and i assume shes hoping to be offered fulltime work eventually of 38/40hours per week.

what makes you think she'll be better off working 15(or less) hours rather than 16 hours (or more)?
All over the place, from the popular culture to the propaganda system, there is constant pressure to make people feel that they are helpless, that the only role they can have is to ratify decisions and to consume.

What 'information' that i wrote is wrong?

I haven't written factual 'information' or references to benefits legislation,
merely have given my own 'opinion' which cannot be classed as right or wrong.

Before you post any more ill informed drivel, might I make so bold as to suggest that you toddle of and actually find out the truth about what you are twatting on about. Then, please, come back and share it with the rest of us. It's the only way I can think of to make you look slightly less of a..... oh..... what's the word? Begins with "F" and rhymes with "uckwit"?

Loss of ctc and wtc if she works over 16hours per week.

Did you overlook the small detail that her salary will be higher than her loss of WTC/CTC?
