Help with my Nokia X6 ... or i swear i'll throw it

I have had the Nokia X6 now for a couple of months and i'm having a few problems :mad:
When i go onto Ovi store i can be on it anywhere from 30 secs to 5 mins but i always get the same error msg " the operation could not be completed due to an error" eventually.
I try to download things for the Ovi maps and i get "cannot connect to server". I generally get the same on a lot of internet functions.
I've spoken to O2 and they sent me a download update.... still having probs !!!
Grrrr any clues anyone ??
