If you have paid through Alertpay pingpong contact them, I found them very helpful.

Do not use this website. There goods are fake, imported, they do not respond to emails etc and just when you've ordered their website goes down for over 24 hours and they change their contact address so you can't cancel or contact them.
I've logged a compliant with alertpay who they use - strangely just as I was going to use my credit card which covers fraudulent website that option was available.
I've lost the code of a shirt - even though they reckon they've posted it.
DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
DON'T USE IT!!
Their new website is metrosaver.co.uk

Can you post a contact for the elusive "Kate" I want to return my polo shirts but have no contact email or numberBought some items myself in December had a few arguments with Kate via email see below
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Please note that your order items are described as replica
goods on the website, please read the website product
description again for confirmation. The fact is that you
disregarded this information when making your purchase. You
should also note that our business operates from Asia and we
are not required to comply with UK trading laws.
We believe that the products purchased are good quality,
are accurately valued at the price you paid and represent
fair value.
However, if you feel that you made a mistake when ordering,
you have the option to return your purchase for an exchange
or refund less our shipping, handling and re-stocking
costs.
Thank you,
Kate
Kind Regards,
Kate
Hi
There is a slight issue with your argument all football tops which are bought by fans are replica's the difference is whether they are officially endorsed by club, which you have forgot to mention. The impression I
was under and which you give you is that I was buying an officially endorsed Manchester United replica Shirt. You are right about your business about operating from Asia and not having to comply with UK law but then your site does say devilsports uk a fact that trading standards will be interested in and every single football club that you are illegally selling shirts for in the UK. I notice that you do
not mention anything in your email about the discrepancy in the postage dates, your reason for not being able to stop the package was that it had been posted on the 1/12/2010, when the postage stamp on the package clearly indicates a postage date of the 8/12/2010 no doubt a small white lie again by yourself for your company to enforce your terms and conditions. As I informed you in my earlier email I will not be paying for return of postage, I will not be paying for handling and restocking costs and I will not be sending these items back until I receive a full refund including postage costs. I will tell you what I will be doing if I do not receive a full refund from your company.
I will be contacting my credit card company,
I will be contacting alert pay for breach of contract, under your terms and conditions you cannot refute this from
the postage date stamp.
I will be contacting trading standards.
I will be contacting every single football team that you do
sportswear for,
I will be contacting every single manufacturer that you do
sportswear for
and I will be contacting the The Thai Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) as I feel this is not the first time your company has done this I believe that there is a prison sentence of up to 4 years, for breeching Thai Trademark Act. Section 44, you may also be liable for
imprisonment for breach of Thai Penal Code Title VIII "Offences Relating to Trade 274.
I know that this will probably have little effect but it will give me something to do over Christmas
Regards
Derek
I received a reply the next day

Hello,
We ordered a Spurs football shirt off them last October for our friends girl for Christmas. After 3 weeks we emailed them (which was when we realised they didnt have an address or telephone number) asking where the top was within a few days we received an email from someone called 'Kate' their 'customer service representative' who advised that it must be stuck with customs?? didnt know it was coming from abroad, she seemed friendly and advised that people were getting their orders and could we contact on receipt.
Well another 3 weeks passed (December now) contacted again and Kate said that they had till 23rd of December according to time scale of delivery in small print. 23rd came and nothing, had to break news to friends little girl that we had nothing for her.. Really happy doing that NO..
Contacted again and was told that another shirt had been sent out.. 2 weeks nothing.. They then decided to change email address?? Demanded a refund as we deemed it theft, they assured that a claim had been made to the Thailand post for compensation.
Weeks and weeks of the same thing. Now we dont get responses. They stole our money. We are not sure how to proceed?
**PLEASE DO NOT GO ANYWERE NEAR THEM THEY ARE THIEVES***0
