The website was registered on the 24th May by a David Fish who claims to be a non-trading individual. He has also opted not to have his address published on the registry.

    http://who.is/whois/devil-sportswear.co.uk/

There's no address or phone number on his website

Interestingly in his terms and conditions he states:

All orders are international orders because all orders are shipped from overseas, sufficient time should be allowed for delivery. Devil Sportswearswear operates a .co.uk domain for the benefit of UK customers paying in UK Sterling Pounds and makes no representation of being a UK based business or of having any connection with the UK at all.

The whole thing says scam to me. Your choice though.
  • ordered an england football shirt and a british and irish lions rugby shirt from there last week (mon 07/06/10).

got to admit, i really didnt think they would arrive however they turned up yesterday.

not sure if they are genuine but are good quality for the money.

    hope that helps
  • Last week i purchased a football shirt from this web site, it arrived a week later and looked fine but when i washed it all the badges fell off and the colours ran. These are NOT bargins shirts they are rip offs!

Well, I ordered two shirts from them just over a week ago. They arrived yesterday (from Thailand) and at first glance they looked pretty good!

But! Some things just don't seem right?

Most obvious at first glance was the fact that the stars on the badge on the front were not straight. They were slightly wonky.

Secondly, in some places the stitching was not right, in particular around the collar at the back of the neck, it was stitched wrong.

Thirdly, and perhaps the most important, on the inside of the neck, it is stamped Adidas and states 'Made In Germany'. BUT! On the label on the inside of the shirt, there is NO Adidas logo, and it clearly says 'Made In Thailand'

The white shirt I bought had yellow marks on the back, and I washed it and they came out, and the shirt has not fallen to bits. Both shirts came in clear plastic bags, again with no Adidas branding at all.

After I had placed my order, I read some stuff on Google about them selling counterfeit shirts, and I used their Contact Us page to ask about it. This was the reply I got:

    'Hello,

    Thank you for your enquiry.

Yes, all our products are genuine high quality items and we offer a
returns service with full refund if you are not satisfied with your
    order.

    Kind Regards,
    Kate'

I have just emailed them again this morning with my questions about all that I have mentioned above. I will post the reply here - if i get one!

    Watch this space . . . .

I can tell from the descriptions here and not even visiting the website that they will be fake.
    No two ways about it.
As someone who has sold sports stock and other various products from all over the world, I guarantee the shirts will be fake and the owner of the website should also be reported.

Gosh! I did get a reply!

And guess what, they now claim that the shirts are NOT genuine and are not sold as such!

    Here is the reply:

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the goods received.
Please note that our soccer jerseys are quality replica products and
are described as replicas in the website product descriptions. Our
website does not claim to supply anything other than the products
described and these are priced accordingly, relating to their true
value. We believe that they represent good value for money and are
half the price of similar products sold in high street stores.

If you believe you may have ordered in error and the product is not
what you require, then of course we will be happy to accept it's
    return for a refund less our shipping, handling and restocking costs;
you may contact me by replying to this message to request a returns
    authorisation.

We value your custom and are always grateful for your constructive
    feedback and comments.

    Thank you,

    Kate,
    Customer Support.

    So . . . .

You can pay return shipping to Thailand, and lose whatever it cost them to ship to you FROM Thailand, and also their so called 're-stocking fee' by which time there is not gonna be much left from the £15.99 price of the shirt.

I have just messaged them again and told them I do not appreciate being lied to, and that I fully intend on posting the truth about them on every forum I can find.

Who can they be reported to please? I will be happy to do it!

Funny, I haven't had any reply from them since I told them I would spread the word about their dishonesty? Can I encourage anyone reading this thread to do the same? If you see anywhere else people asking about these fraudsters, point them back to this site, they need to be stopped, or at least make it obvious they are not selling the real thing :(
  • GUYS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!

All the shirt are fake and the quality is terrible...guys the shirts come from Thailand! I've got ripped off! I returned a shirt because it was not genuine and never got my money what.

That girl called "Kate" is simply a liar! I paid £15 for the bloody shirt and £9 to send it back to them...waste of money...

They will never reply to your email....

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM...UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!
