  • Oh i so wish that i had checked your website before i placed an order.

I ordered 2 football shirts on the 14th of September and received an email on the 16th to say they had been sent. On their website it says that delivery is 2 - 3 days.

I still hadnt received them a week later so i emailed them and was told "your order has been shipped and will be delivered in the next few days, further down the message it says that it normally takes 6 to 14 days for delivery and to wait".

Well it has now been over 2 weeks so i emailed them again only to be told and i quote "the length of delay can range from a couple of days to 2 weeks. Please be assured that ALL parcels arrive at their destinations eventually and you would be extremely unlucky if yours was declared lost." then at the end they tell me to contact Royal mail just in case they have it awaiting delivery because i might have missed the delivery and not to contact them again unless i have done this.

I am so gutted, it didnt even occur to me that they were a scam company.

Please dont fall for it like i did. Their name comes up in the top search when looking foe special offers on football shirts.
  • do not use this company, i bought a top from them in april, was far too big, sent it back and STILL (now in october) waiting for a refund!! When I emailed 'Kate' today, the email bounced back, delivery failure!! total sham!!

    SCAM!!!!
  • Hi i recently purchased a football top from this sight, i paid extra for it to have a personalised name on the back. It took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did it was clearly fake and they spelt the personalised name wrong on the back. i have now had to pay a extra £9 to send it back to them.

The sizing is questionable and the t shirt quality is poor.

SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE, DON'T USE THIS SIGHT...
  • please dont buy from this site, if it looks to good to be true it normally is.

i work for one of the large sports retailers in the uk, buying football shirts, I can tell you that the trade price to us is more more than £15 for a Replica shirt that typically sells at £40 on the highstreet.

if it costs us over £15 at cost, do you think some geezer from tailand can supply you with a real shirt for £15 sell? he obviously needs to make his mark up, so to sell them for £15 he would need to be paying around £7 at cost himself, you really think he can get shirts for less than half what the big sports retailers in the uk pay? get real!!!!!!!
  • they have done the same to me. i ordered on 28th november they said that uk custom might have kept in back for checking & that they could keep it for 2 weeks. it should get to me eventually. that was over a week ago. still waiting for it. ive checked sorting office & its not there. emailed them again today saying either send them again or refund my money. c what they say this time.
  • I appreciate that in this day and age bargains are sought but common sense should always prevail with these types of 'companies'.

Surely alarms bells would ring when they list Leeds & Sheffield United as being in the 'English Premier League'

I also ordered on the 28th November and I had the same email back today, saying to check with the sorting office, looks like we have been had.
  • We bought a perosnalized Spurs shirt from here.

It was ordered on the 28th Nov and we received it last Wednesday.

We couldn't tell the difference between an original or this one.

Looks very good quality and BIL was really pleased to receive his late Christmas prezzy.

Bought some items myself in December had a few arguments with Kate via email see below

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

Please note that your order items are described as replica
goods on the website, please read the website product
description again for confirmation. The fact is that you
disregarded this information when making your purchase. You
should also note that our business operates from Asia and we
are not required to comply with UK trading laws.
We believe that the products purchased are good quality,
are accurately valued at the price you paid and represent
    fair value.
However, if you feel that you made a mistake when ordering,
you have the option to return your purchase for an exchange
or refund less our shipping, handling and re-stocking
    costs.
    Thank you,
    Kate

    Kind Regards,
    Kate

    Hi
There is a slight issue with your argument all football tops which are bought by fans are replica's the difference is whether they are officially endorsed by club, which you have forgot to mention. The impression I
was under and which you give you is that I was buying an officially endorsed Manchester United replica Shirt. You are right about your business about operating from Asia and not having to comply with UK law but then your site does say devilsports uk a fact that trading standards will be interested in and every single football club that you are illegally selling shirts for in the UK. I notice that you do
not mention anything in your email about the discrepancy in the postage dates, your reason for not being able to stop the package was that it had been posted on the 1/12/2010, when the postage stamp on the package clearly indicates a postage date of the 8/12/2010 no doubt a small white lie again by yourself for your company to enforce your terms and conditions. As I informed you in my earlier email I will not be paying for return of postage, I will not be paying for handling and restocking costs and I will not be sending these items back until I receive a full refund including postage costs. I will tell you what I will be doing if I do not receive a full refund from your company.
I will be contacting my credit card company,
I will be contacting alert pay for breach of contract, under your terms and conditions you cannot refute this from
    the postage date stamp.
I will be contacting trading standards.
I will be contacting every single football team that you do
    sportswear for,
I will be contacting every single manufacturer that you do
    sportswear for
and I will be contacting the The Thai Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) as I feel this is not the first time your company has done this I believe that there is a prison sentence of up to 4 years, for breeching Thai Trademark Act. Section 44, you may also be liable for
imprisonment for breach of Thai Penal Code Title VIII "Offences Relating to Trade 274.
I know that this will probably have little effect but it will give me something to do over Christmas

    Regards
    Derek

I received a reply the next day

    Dear Mr ,

    B. Walter
