vodaphone online top up

i am unable to get a vodaphone swipe card unless i go into a vodaphone shop (miles away) so i thought i would topup online, i have registered my card but when i go to step two it says on screen ' unfortuanlty we are unable to proceed' i cant go to a cash point as i only really have £5 to topup with so is the vodaphone service down or is it just me

Have you tried calling the vodafone customer services and topping up over the phone using their automated system - or speak to an operator who should be able to help. With my dads old phone which was on vodafone we always seemed to have trouble topping up - this was before we got swipe card - and I spoke to an operator who topped it up for me!Weight Loss - 102lb0
