I have just had an e-mail from them saying it WAS in the small print! Im getting realy fed up with this company, as they cannot admit when they are in the wrong! Why would i post on facebook asking them if there was a delivery charge, if it was in the small print!!!!?????? And then for them to send me an e-mailing saying its free delivery, and then changing it a few minutes later to "theres a charge"?!
Im really frustrated with this now, and am getting increasingly annoyed with this company adding charges. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, IF ANY1 HAS A SCREEN SHOT PLEASE POST!
thanks
Have you had any resolution yet?
It's not so much them not admitting they are wrong, more that they are making you out to be either stupid or a liar. They obviously do not believe in "The Customer is always right" :mad:0 -
I nice trick is to search google on the webpage- in this case
search for http://www.groupon.co.uk/terms_and_conditions and then click the "cached" link on the page. Useful when pages "magically" change.
Currently showing T&C's from 4th June.
Hope this helps.Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -

Why don't you just cancel the order under the 7 day distance selling rules. If they can't be honest do they really deserve your custom?

I wouldn't be surprised if your right. They send prices and then increase them.catch220

A word of warning - Teeth whitening products can cause serious long term damage requiring very expensive dental treatment. A high price to pay for a bargain?0

i had problems with this company when I took up the same tooth whitening offer in Birmingham. When weeks past and i had not recieved my items ( I bought 2) I emailed them. the 1st email I got apologised for the delay and explained that they were having problems with getting supplies and they assured me i would recieve my items within a week. When a week past and i had not received my items I emailed them again. This time the 2nd email i recieved informed me that the items had been posted. i once again gave it a few days and once again when not recieved i emailed them again. the 3rd email from them asked me for my delivery address
If they supposedly sent it prior to their 2nd email, wth are they doing asking for my address in a 3rd email.
i dont trust them and would not use them or Groupon as i am sure it is the same company.:j BIG THANKS TO ALL COMP POSTERS, MUCH APPRECIATED :j0 -
as far as I am aware, Groupon just deal with issuing the vouchers and discounts.
if there is a problem with the product then it is the supplier's fault.0
