Hiya
i bought this on tuesday (have ammened the day as i did origanaly put wednesday) with groupon, and there was NO mention of a delivery charge, so i assumed it was free delivery. just clicked on it, and now they have added the delivery cost to the T&Cs. Has any1 please got a screen shot of this?! I know its a long shot, but this is really unfair

i know £3.99 isnt alot but i have ordered 2 of these, so i have to pay £7.98, which wasnt mentioned when i bought the deal!

It does say in the "small print" that it is £3.99 for delivery, was that definitely not there when you ordered? or did you miss it? It would seem to me tobe their standard practice. If it definitely wasnt there when you purchased, email them and call their bluff, say you have a screenshot of the deal.

When I received the email about this yesterday morning I had a look at the website and specifically checked delivery costs and it definately said £3.99.(right near the top of the page click on delivery and payments)

in fact i facebooked them tuesday at 11pm....................

"Hiya i just bought the teeth whitening for £20.Theres no mention of a delivery charge. Is delivery included in the £20 or will i have to pay seperatly for it?"

    they sent me 2 e-mails
    the first............

Groupon UK commented on your wall post:

"hey there! The fine print states free delivery inside the UK, so we are assuming there is no price ;)"

then 2 minutes later deleted the above message and replaced it with...............

Groupon UK commented on your wall post:

"Hey there! Delivery inside the UK is £3.99 it's in our fine print! Have an amazing day :)"

To find my post............join groupon, i posted at 11pm tuesday night on group uk + others. You will see there responce, but as i said they deleted the origanal post and then put the price up!!

This is why im trying to find a screenshot, as they added the delivery charge after i bought it. I have saved the e-mails i recieved through facebook, maybe Martin could look into this??!!!!

Just wanted to add, that i hadnt noticed the price rise, as i hadnt cheecked my messages, or reply to posts until today.
