  • Becky do you get email notifications of updates? If so it shows the original message when you open them.

And yes MCD is now Groupon MCD
  • Sorry re-read! Why not forward the email to them asking for an explanation?

Pathetic that the companies move the goal posts each time!

i just phoned them and they APPARENTLY put in on there as from the begining. Which they DIDNT. He said that hes sorry i FEEL it wasnt on there, i said I KNOW IT WASNT!
Im REALLy cross. he said he will e-mail me when he has spoken to some1, he constantly interuppted me, and i had to ask if i could finish talking. Im really unhappy as i know it wasnt on there and even have the 2 e-mails to prove they "thought it was free delivery as it wasnt on the T&Cs.
Im not gonna let this drop.
groupon is really makin a name for themselves!
  • Did you speak to the original person?

Can't blame you for not dropping it now, once someone treats you like a liar or fool, it becomes a matter of principle.

I've just checked the original email, but as it was an extra deal alongside the main offer in the email, it only shows very brief wording, so no mention of ts and cs.

I too have bought a couple of these and was sure the delivery charge wasn't mentioned the first time I logged in and purchased it.

Just hope it works now and I have lovely white teeth! :D

I have just had an e-mail from them saying it WAS in the small print! Im getting realy fed up with this company, as they cannot admit when they are in the wrong! Why would i post on facebook asking them if there was a delivery charge, if it was in the small print!!!!?????? And then for them to send me an e-mailing saying its free delivery, and then changing it a few minutes later to "theres a charge"?!
Im really frustrated with this now, and am getting increasingly annoyed with this company adding charges. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, IF ANY1 HAS A SCREEN SHOT PLEASE POST!

    thanks

i was roped into getting that itsu voucher for half price sushi.

It said that it could be redeemed in both the nottinghill itsu and the soho one (which i am actually able to get to). Basically, the voucher came and says it can only be redeemed in the notting hill one.

i emailed requesting a refund as this is false advertising, but i am not holding my breath. what a farce.
