i wanna just check something with everyone!!

my dad wanted to create an ebay account - i told him to do it through ebay!

so he went to pigsback and registered! it says 300 pp on first bid -so im guessing u dont have to win the item but just bid on it! and do u just search and make a bid on the pigsback page!! (does that make sense!)

Yes you need to make a bid - just find something that will definitely go for more than you bid, or will be such a bargain that it doesnt matter if you win. I looked for Boots vouchers and put in a bid for something like £1 for a £10 voucher - I was never going to get it for that price but it qualified for the 300 points. And should the unthinkable happened and I won I was still quids in. :D

And I got the points no problem

As far as I know, you have to register and bid through PB. I couldn't do it cos I'm already an ebayer but my OH registered and bid (sucessfully) and he won (it was just a top for our daughter) he's still waiting for the points though!

Also, make sure you keep all email confirmations as points for eBay registrations can take a while to be credited.
