    Spud - I had exactly this same problem with another site - not Mansion but also something to do with Gibralter. I emailed them and told them I don't have a passport or a photo ID card as in this country neither are compulsery and as it costs to obtain either, I had no intention of applying for them. I did eventually get my money back but it took some time, numerous emails and even phone calls abroad!!
