Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.

Be careful if you decide to play.

In order to withdraw any winnings, they require a photocopy of the front and back of your credit/debit card AND a photocopy of your driving license.

Sounds a bit dodgy to me. I have played on other sites, and have never been asked for anything of this nature before.

And in order to qualify for the sign up bonuses they advertise you need to play through the amount of your (deposit + the bonus) x 10, so if you deposited £10 and they were going to match it with £10 then you'd have to play through £200 before you got the bonus  So not worth doing unless you're very lucky :rotfl: as usually things like roulette where you can play through your money with relatively little loss don't count towards play through amounts.

Hmmm.... I've just convinced myself I don't want to deposit any money with them so perhaps I should sign up now while the t&cs are the way they are, and save a screen shot ;):D

    Just had a look.

If you don't have a driving license, you can send a copy of your passport

Surely you should have to identify yourself when you deposit, rather than when you withdraw

Plenty of sites do it, to make sure that you're over 18, and who you say you are etc etc. I think also it helps cut down on criminal activities.

Maybe they should make this requirement known before people deposit money.

I dont have a passport, or a photographic driving license, so cannot withdraw any money I have won.

They have done nothing wrong. It is on the site for you to read, terms and conditions under deposit and withdrawl options. Also it is in the FAQ section, and in their disclaimer section at the bottom. I have quoted 2 sections below. Maybe if you'd have read the ts+cs/disclaimers, you would have known.

'Here at MANSION the security of our customers’ details and funds is of top priority. It is for this reason that we request a copy of the front and back of every credit card to which a withdrawal is to be made. When sending us the copy of the back of your credit card, please make sure that the signature is clearly visible. If you have any concerns about sending a copy of the front of your card, you may block out parts of the card number provided that the last four digits are clearly visible.

    Photographic ID

Supplying current, valid photographic ID is a prerequisite of any MANSION account holder before making a withdrawal for the first time. This can be either a photographic driving license or a passport. When sending your ID to MANSION, please make sure that your photograph and signature are clearly visible. Providing us with your ID assists us in preventing fraud and helps us to verify that our customers are at least 18 years of age.
Both types of ID can be sent to us one of three ways: via email to customerservice@mansion.com, by fax to +350 41001 or by post to MANSION Member Services, PO Box 1234, Gibraltar. ID need only be sent once. When received, your account will be immediately updated and you will be able to withdraw from your MANSION account.
If you have any other queries regarding withdrawing from your MANSION account, please contact us at customerservice@mansion.com.'

Have you deposited any money spud? If so perhaps you could see if they accept a birth certificate (if you have a copy)?

I have decided not to deposit with them but have registered and saved screen shots of all relevant pigsback pages. Sceptical, moi?! ;)
