Hmm, although the T&C's are there and I would possibly maybe send a copy of the front of the credit card, but the back of the card has the 3 digit security number on it and that's what a lot of places need now to use the card over the net.

I wouldn't want to send that through the post or via email.

As I said before, I have played loads of other sites, but have never had to do this before.

They want a copy of the front and back of the credit card, clearly showing the signature plus photographic ID, and they want me to send it to Gibraltar.

If that kind of info went missing, who knows what could happen.

Have you deposited any money spud? If so perhaps you could see if they accept a birth certificate (if you have a copy)?

I have decided not to deposit with them but have registered and saved screen shots of all relevant pigsback pages. Sceptical, moi?! ;)

    Hi Kath

    Yes I have.

I know It's my own fault for not reading the Ts and Cs properly

I will send an email and ask if there is any alternative

Yes but your argument was that this information was not available to you before you deposited money, when it clearly is... and that you have no ID to send to them.

You had the choice to sign up, deposit money and send them the required ID in order to withdraw the cash, or not so surely the best way to have avoided this was to have chosen not to deposit money that you couldn't get back because you didn't want to send them your ID.

I'm not having a go at you btw (just read it back and it does seema bit blunt so wanted to clarify that) but i just don't see how you seem to think they're in the wrong. :)

No, my point is that they are happy to take my money, without proof of ID, yet they wont give it me back unless I give em a sample of skin from the back of my neck.

They dont care who the heck I am while I am paying money in, but virtually demand DNA before they will give the money back to the same card that paid in 4 hours earlier.

Yes, I was wrong not to read the Ts and Cs, I admit that, but having played loads of sites before, I guess I got lazy.

    :hello:

I'll cross my fingers for you that they'll accept an alternative. It'd be bad customer care to not let you get your money at all, no matter what their t&c say!!

we should have a crossing fingers smilie!!!
