Given that PB has a couple of hundred thousand members, you can see why the CTs are drying up - if they had to give away 10p to everyone who clicked on them, it wouldn't be financially viable for them

Thanks for that link - fascinating how much they charge for things!

I also saw, though, that only 35% of members visit the site weekly - I'd have thought it was higher than that. So although there are many members, how many of them actually click the click-throughs would be interesting to know!

It's naff. A professional company wouldn't have one of their employees visit and post answers/help on a forum not associated with them. I thought it was a little unprofessional, just my opinion :D

I did say that I was aware that Darragh was helpful :D I'm aware he give hints of the 10 point clicks, answered complaints and some questions which helped members.
I just didn't think that was very appropriate, surely Pigsback would have preferred it's members to discuss issues and problems directly via them and not on this forum.

I'm not aware of the Quidco threads as I'm not a member, but if they also have an employee dealing with complaints and questions on a forum not associated to the company, I'd find it odd too! :D

Well that is your opinion, which you are of course entitled to, but i would have to disagree with you as i do not find it odd, or unprofessional.

Companies are always looking for newer/better ways to communicate with their customers, it's not really such a ridiculous idea that they would use a messageboard (regardless of who owns it) to do this, in this day and age.

I am also sure that as time goes on and technology progresses even further, many companies will start to find yet other means of communicating with customers/potential customers that you will also find 'naff' but again, that is also your opinion and nobdy is going to force you to change it! :p

Very interesting to see how much money pigsback can make from Scratch2cash. This company will pay affiliates (ie pigsback) $50 for each new member if they get them over 81 new members a month. Pigsback pays us 1000 piggy points for registering. Would have thought this would have been worth a CT!
