hi- I have recieved a TPS charge for overstaying in a NHS carpark. what do I do? I have tried talking to the manager of the building but did not get any sympathy and was left with the impression of 'why should I make you an exception.' I have appealed to the TPS and equally got short shift and threat of increasing the charges. - Any ideas???

For your answer please see the post immediately above yours. In other words, just ignore. Nothing will happen.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Yes, GT60 has summed up our advice accurately, albeit a little forcefully.

These pathetic companies rely upon you being scared of them. Don't be. They are simply paper tigers. They ooze a lot of bluff and bluster but always fail to deliver. By the look of it GT60 is still waiting for the day in court, two years on.

It never happens. Just treat them with contempt- ignore.
