Even if you were to declare from the rooftops that you were driving, it doesn't make the charge enforceable.
If you overstayed on a P&D car park, they might be entitled to a pound. If it was free, there's no loss so they aren't owed a penny.
This is a mail scam. No money to be made by actually charging what they might be legally owed.0 -

An unattested photograph has no meaning or weight as evidence.
Not that is of any import whatsoever in this case but as a general point it should be noted.
The days of identifying people in court on the day are long gone.0 -
Recieved final notice to pay today.....in big red letters! Fee has no gone up to £100 with threats that MAY go to debt collection MAY go to court!
