Whether the driver is insured or not is a matter for the police, not TPS or any other scumbag PPC.

No they don't. They don't know what you look like! If I showed you photographs of some random people in a car park, could you tell me their names and addresses? Thought not.

You are most certainly not the only insured driver. There is a huge number of them, including me.

I meant the only driver insured on my policy .... no one else drives the car. So it could only be me driving ( I think )

Even if you were to declare from the rooftops that you were driving, it doesn't make the charge enforceable.

If you overstayed on a P&D car park, they might be entitled to a pound. If it was free, there's no loss so they aren't owed a penny.

This is a mail scam. No money to be made by actually charging what they might be legally owed.

An unattested photograph has no meaning or weight as evidence.

Not that is of any import whatsoever in this case but as a general point it should be noted.

The days of identifying people in court on the day are long gone.

Recieved final notice to pay today.....in big red letters! Fee has no gone up to £100 with threats that MAY go to debt collection MAY go to court!

These skanky ppc's have as much chance of getting money as England have of winning the world cup let alone an egg cup.

So just ignore all letters you may recieve from the pooh heads i am still waiting for my "may go to court letter" PLEASE SEND IT TCP as it is two months over due, i am looking forward to the day in court with you pratts.
