Orange Mobile - reception problems

Hi
I have been having problems recently with the Orange Mobile signal where I live. One minute it is almost full strength and then it drops completely. All very frustrating when this happens - causing calls to drop out repreatedly.
Other friends on Orange in our area (East Kent) are having similar problems and it seems to be more widespread (found a forum - OrangeProblems.co.uk) where folk are complaining far and wide.
I tried calling Orange (150) but calls kept failing whilst in the queue! Have emailed them but no response (yet - 2 days).
Anyone having the same issue?
Regards.

Yes, for nearly a year!!!
I'm on my third handset already but still I struggle to get my calls...I'm lucky to get notified via text message within the hour!!
Not sure why and Orange don't appear to be too interested. Apparently it states in my contract that I am not guaranteed a signal all of the time, so that's alright!!0 -
Been with Orange since Easter and have this exact issue, I find when I go to use the phone at work particularly as I don't really use it at home you could have 3-4 bars but then go to make a call and they disappear, and if you receive a text message when you have no signal it can take hours to come through rather than as soon as you have signal. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
