Advice regarding Ryanair and refunds

can i just ask donnie if you're looking in - i thought 0844 numbers were the most expensive. trying to ring ryanair to chase volcano compensation but can't find number for customer services so rang reservations 0871 number and it just cut me off to volume of calls. i have a BT landline so want to use your number if it's the cheapest.

0844 numbers have different costs depending on the next three digits. The one Donnie quoted is indeed 0.5 pence per minute. A full list is available here:

I've always found it most productive to fax them, if you can. 00 353 1812 1676I think is the right number.
