They may even be able to put your mind at rest, after all you can't pay what you haven't got, and you are being straight forward about how things are.
Good Luck, let us know how you get on!

Thanks, I will ring them this week.
I think I just let everything get a bit bigger than broadway during the night after realising that I have £20 to last until payday with no petrol in the car, train fare needed for DS to get to school and very little in for packed lunches. Feeling a little jaded, faded and tired of living hand to mouth with no improvement in sight. Ah well, the sun may shine today.Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task

I understand there are people in far more difficulty than me but i really need some advice Thanks.
Hi there, welcome to the forum. You will find a lot of support on here.
I've just started a DMP. I had never missed a payment, but it was getting to the point where I wasn't making any inroads with my debts, and they were increasing each month because I ended up living on credit.
I can sympathise with the mortage sitaution. I currently rent and I'm realistic about the fact that my DMP will have an impact on my credit reference file. Only you can decide what is best for you, but for me sorting out my debts is my main priority. Starting a DMP is the best thing I ever did - I only wish I had started sooner.
All the best to you.0 -

Welcome to the thread.
My advice is move in, get DMP paid and save for mortgage. Use the mortgage tool to see what you would save post DMP. Your house will be yours much quicker that way than blowing it all on interest. I think its different if you already have a mortgage. Appreciate we all have different cicrumstances though.
Good luck

Sending cyber hugs over to you. (((( xx))))
If I start feeling low I get planning food and cooking budget for the next few weeks. It's amazing how you can positively channel the energy, save time and money and importantly feel in control and more comforted that less chance of nasty shocks!
Hope you feel brighter soon.

Did a little shop and took stock of the provisions cupboard rustled up a make do and mend lunch of slamon, cream cheese and pasta. planned a few meals and lunches to get me through the next few days to pay day. It certainly does make you feel a little more in control.
I shall attempt to do some batch cooking and freezing over the half term break.
Will sit and do a revised budget for next month this evening; for the first time in a long time I have bank charges - only £25, not a kings ransom, but I begrudge paying them! Must remind myself not to beat myself up for a tiny misdemeanour.
Thanks for the hugs, they are in short supply here in Darwin Towers.
Enjoy the rest of your dayNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task

I'm going to have a go at this when I'm out of food. Should save a bit of money!

That's the spirit. Above all don't loose your sense of humour. As Dopey used to say... they can have your money but not your life!
