But why should people be allowed to commit fraud and why should sellers just lie down and accept it? It may be only a minority of buyers but if you are a small time seller and you end up getting a couple then it has a much more significant impact on your feedback and stars than if you are a power seller - so moan away Banana Hammock - at least some of us can empathise even if we can't help
If you think you are too small to make a difference, try getting in bed with a mosquito!0 -

I'm not sure where fraud comes into it though? Surely it isn't fraud to bid and not pay, inconvenient and frustrating yes, but not fraud. Also if a seller doesn't wish, for whatever reason, to use the system to get their fees back then that is nothing at all to do with the buyer.
Ebay can be very frustrating and it does pay to know what you are doing and to use the seller tools available to you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I agree with emerald_starcat. I've been on eBay for a long time and it's few and far between that you deal with a bad buyer. It used to happen a lot in the earlier days, but now it seems more people have got to grips with eBay. I'm more fed up with the costs of listing and selling and using paypal on ebay. It seems, they take a cut at every step of the transaction. I've been using a site named SellPal (www .sellpal.co. uk) over the last few weeks as it's totally free. eBay is still the biggest player though and I've had nothing but success with everything I've sold on eBay.0

If they don't pay and leave you FB this can be removed so the only impact it will have is having to relist the items. As has been said before it pays to know the rules then you at least know things like that0 -

This reminds me of a quote from Friends, where Pheobe changed her name to Princess Consuela Banana Hammock or something.0
