Elsie Marvellous news. I hope he makes a speedy recovery too. Jenny might still be at the place which is a good sign. Fingers crossed for Pixie and Di's son too. Pixie i think you need to be kind to yourself and work on your confidence. (Note, some irony here - pot calling kettle black etc-). Sometimes interviews are good for practising - once you are familiar with how the process works (first interview, guided tour, second interview, chats with various staff members etc) it becomes easier next time round. It is all experience and it is never over babe, till the fat lady sings so you never know!

Good that Ann is not worried any longer. I do hope Mr Nid and Ms Jinny are chilling in their own ways.

~Well done Ms Moneypenny and i hope you had lots of presents, we celebrated on the guys and gals thread but like a dork i forgot to tell anyone on here as i was too busy ranting!!!

Am off to see play at 7.15 but must tidy up first. Had a long day at work!!!! nearly the weekend. Mum and dad are coming down to celebrate Father's day and also to help me move all non essentials into the garage in readiness for the building work. Am sure i will be made to watch a footy match with my dad i do hope the players are good looking otherwise i will nod off!

I think 3Dogs has a point here, Di.

They do seem to be going out of their way to keep him informed - let's hope it is a good sign.

Think you are right about Elsie's son, as well. Wonder what the news is from there?

I agree, not many would get back at all I don't think.;):j

I remember when my hubby (where he worked went into administration) he applied for goodness knows how many new jobs, he did send follow on emails to some for updates after a week or so but not all did get back with a response.........:(.

I think after a week or so have gone by a follow on email does no harm........more so after a fortnight I think.;)
