    Hi all

Had a lovely birthday yesterday, sun shone, grandkids didn't fight or puke. Fun was had by all and then home for a nice pizza and a bottle of vino... Bliss.

Today, I woke up to find out that I'd won a tenner on the lottery, got a £10 payout from one of those free cards that you're meant to call to find out how to get your prize (you can do it by post but it takes a long time) AND whilst trying to sort out problems with my paypal account I discovered that I had £18 in there too. So that's all going into the paying off Egg card. :D

Not got time today to read all the posts so sorry if I've missed out anything important, please give me a prod if I have.

Have a great day all *waving*

Hi all home from round one I think it went well... I didn't want to get into a skirt and stockings this morning though its SO hot here!!

Im going back at 1pm for round 2 of the interview!! Then home for some more sun!

Well done Jen!! Sounds like yours went better than mine!!! I wouldn't employ me - I could barely manage a coherent sentence.

Fingers crossed for your son Di. The young'uns don't seem to suffer from nerves the same as us oldies.

Off out into the garden to catch the sun and forget about jobs and interviews.

Hi Di, if they are keeping in touch like that, it does sound hopeful - fingers crossed for him, and crossed for Pixie & Jen too of course

I think Elsie said her son would find out today what treatment he is going to need, didn't she? So fingers crossed for him too

In fact I've got so many fingers crossed, I can hardly type 0002020C.gif

    Hi Pixie,

I am sure you are being unduly pessimistic here!

Presumably you don't know the outcome yet?
