I did wonder whether the fact that they had gone all quiet was because you were making some sort of payment!

I do agree re the moral right and how much they take in interest/excess charges/any other reason they can think of!

And, as for putting on the mask, I can totally relate to that. In fact, a bit like Eleanor Rigby - "wearing the mask that she keeps in the jar by the door"! What prophetic lyrics!

And I can totally identify with being lifted out of a dark place - I think it is great to know that you are not alone in this and also the feeling of being able to do something.
