Income earned on that year........£15450.39
So they are way wrong........ by the £28,000 they word processed on the application and also the £21,000 they said they worked from - from the previous year (GROSS)!!
In the letter they quote that the figure was £21k, are you saying it was actually £15.5k?
See last post as well, need you to clarify some points - cheers.... we'll have this sorted in a jiffy if you can sort me with some answers! If its easier to PM or email, feel free.... am logged in anyway.2010 - year of the troll

Ok, have read all that - can you tell me, what do you want from this exactly? Am I wrong to asume you remortgaged and they based the remortgage on incorrect income which now you're in arrears of, i.e. you're seeking compo? I just need to know exactly what you want and a brief laymans terms as to why and what the problem is.
I do gather what you sent me, and have took it all in (sadly enough) and will do you a response to C&G but I do need to know the answers to the above, also what did the FOS say when they made adjudication? If you have a copy of their letter that'd be handy to see......
Thanks Di
Hiya
I will dig it all out tomorrow and forward onto you by other means and not on the open forum if that is okay.:D
The FOS are dealing with another matter in regards of C&G, basically on how we were treated the last year, but it seems the adjudicator did not think so,......which is why the ombudsman will be reviewing the case.
But yeah wrong income where it have put us in this position now with arrears.
I think its best for me to dig out those letters and post them to you tomorrow, they should make more sense than me explaining.
Is that okay?
Thank you.:D;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Yes we worked out the calculations ourselves as from May 2006 to April 2007, they quoted on £21K but as GROSS, even though there is nothing to prove the full amount on stoppages etc.
And the amount we worked out earned as in income was that of £15450.39.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Ok email me tomorrow whatever you can find that is relevant and i'll sort you a response but if the FOS are involved and you've already lost to the main adjudication then things don't look good unless you find new evidence to back your claim, you really need to (if you can) set out briefly why all this is happening and what you want from it, obviously without sounding harsh - are you blaming the bank for over committing you, i.e did they force you to remortgage or did you want to? There's a huge "legal" difference you see.....
Obviously it may be best to keep all this together in an email if you can? If I can make sense of things then it's easier for me to help, if you want help that is of course....2010 - year of the troll

Yes I will do Niddy. Thank you.
The adjudicator did say any further information would be a help, so maybe......just maybe.
But our existing deal ran out with the previous provider and we had a secured loan as well, which was obviously included within the re-mortgage.
We were pestered over that year and the previous year to have a quote, but they were aware of the existing deal coming to an end.
The mortgage was as shown on the agreement "Recommended" to us as the best option, will scan this and post up to you as well tomorrow. Okay.

I will add though, we do feel very bitter about them, which have not helped, so you also have made a good point there Niddy.:o
There are some stuff that I cannot disclose on here, but you will know more tomorrow.
And I am always glad of your help, thank you again.:D;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
