Hallo 3 dogs, i am so sorry i just woke up.

I did an incredibly healthy food shop, only fruit, veg, meat and some porridge. No naughty processed food of any kind at all. No biscuits, icecream or crisps. I really fancy a packet of Wotsits but I am being good.

I am having as many hypos as ever. It hasnt done the blindest bit of good. I hope they figure it out before i get any pottier!

Is the football on now? My neighbour is doing his gardening. It is still a lovely day, i am a bit cross i keep sleeping in the day as it ruins my sleep at night, i am going to have to stop doing it. Anyways off to hang up washing. I hope Ann is having a great time. 000203F0.gif

SW - some people are born to trough, others to graze. In other words, some people are ok with 3 meals a day and nothing in between, whereas others need to eat little and often. Perhaps you need to eat something every couple of hours? Say a good breakfast, a healthy snack a couple of hours later, a reasonable sized lunch, a mid-afternoon healthy snack, a good sized evening meal then perhaps a small supper later? That way your body's insulin production might stabilise and you will feel less tired.

Mad niece just popped by to collect her birthday card and money. You can tell she is growing up, in the olden days i had to buy specific dolls now she wants money to buy some fancy phone. She is 12!!!!! It is beautiful out there. If i used my brain i should be outside reading a novel on the grass working on a tan! I might just do that after i sort kitchen.

Nargle you are perfectly right. I just get fed up with eating every two hours and having to do bloodtests all the time. The doctors have told me to forget the testing as it is just upsetting me and concentrate on eating healthily. I hope there is a solution. So far the only one i am aware of is to give up my job as i am usually fine in the summer holidays. Both my doctor and nurses have suggested this but i really dont want to. I am the sort of person that will get stressed whatever i do and i do love my subject so much. I need to work on chilling. I think i have learned such a lot this year. I have not been a workaholic for a few months now and i am enjoying it far more. And you are all wonderful.

Still it is a beautiful day. Don't moan SW. Enjoy!!!
