Wow - it took me sooooo long to catch up - you lot can really talk!!!

There's been some Great News today, hasn't there?????

Firstly, wonderful news for you Ann - 3 UE's that's fantastic, especially as you say you were unsure about those ones - NID strikes again - so pleased for you

And SW - your boss must have took one look at you and thought 'she's changed - I'd better mind my step here' - soooo glad that it went well but I can't believe what they did to you - bullies ought to be strung up - they really don't realise what effect they can have on people - thing about them though is that if anyone did really stand up to them, they would not know which way to turn - they will get their cumupance in the end

I think today had a lot to do with your Angel, Jinny hinny - obviously a Guardian Angel - is it the Angel of the North by any chance??

We watched the South Africa v Mexico match and will be cheering on Uraguay against the cheating French tonight - the World Cup would be a much better place without France and with the friendly Irish

However, on the letter I received in the post from C&G today they have stated they have done their best to resolve these issues to answer the points raised with them, and it would help to talk through any of them directly by ringing them, and if there is anything else we can do for us let them know, then they go on to say, if they hear nothing by 8 weeks from us from the date of the letter dated 10 June 2010 they will assume there is nothing more and they will close their file.

Then they say........

I am assuming that you are avoiding phoning them?

It does make you wonder whether they are desperate to talk to you, so that they can talk (bully!) you into saying something you later regret!

As I am sure you already know, NID is off for the weekend but I am sure he will have some more specific and more sensible advice when he gets back!

Yes, it was a great relief, to say the least! The paperwork looked so complicated when it arrived!

Love the comment about the Angel of the North - have only seen it from the train (on the way to Scotland) but it looked absolutely spectacular!

Well as advised we have been told to keep everything in writing, the FOS are also dealing with them at the moment, but in regards of another matter.

I could send the FOS though a copy of this letter received as well, but don't want to complicate matters, or just write back to C&G.

Yeah, I'm sure NID will have something to say as well lol.

Remember, we are all here for each other - and I know it has helped me enormously. I have been able to confide things to people on this thread which I would not be able to even begin telling my nearest and dearest!
