Incidentally, postie arrived about half an hour ago (he doesn't ger any earlier!)

Nothing to report, or scan. Just a couple of default notices from Mercers telling me what MAY happen if I don't contact them. Will make sure that they are scrupulously filed!

    Bless you for that, NID.

I think we were typing our messages at the same time - I have reported on it now!

Seems as if all the important stuff arrived yesterday - all in one ago!

    Have a great weekend!

And wish Mrs. Nddy all the best, as well.

Incidentally, she missed our thread warming party - but you were not around either, so I expect you were busy together.

    Good afternoon all.

Been going through the mortgage DSARN AGAIN........from C&G, as we remortgaged in 2007, received a letter back as well this morning in relation to a letter I sent them.

The application income details are wrong and not hand written like the main of the form, where some are hand written by the adviser at lloyds and the rest of it possibly underwriters, but they had my hubbys income on over double than he was on.

I did write about this when we first received the DSARN last month, and the letter received today stated, that they went by the previous year by bank statements, and not by the current time of taking out the application as such, because my hubby did tell the adviser the plant were making redundancies, ages dropped due to no work and shifts went to days, so allowances were stopped and then a few months down the line the company went into administration!

However, I have calculated the bank statements from the time they said they did and they are still wrong and overestimated.

They have £28K down for hubby and £11K for me, well I was only receiving the children's benefits and hubby brought home less than £16K, they then said they worked it out by £21K as this is what it would be as Gross wage!
How on earth could It be on that stated amount!
How do they work that out, they did not want to see anything at the time of application, and stated they had gone by the bank statements.

For curiosity, should they be taking the children's benefits into account for a mortgage application anyway?

There is more to it, I could go on for ever!!!

oops sorry for my long post.

He looked the other way for two years whilst i was being bullied. 11 members of staff reported incidents and he did nothing to confront the horrid people. In the end they almost all joined in. I was thrown into a cupboard by a man person, the ladies were so horrid to me, they still are as everyone is scared of the main bully and they are scard if they dont she will pick on them, noone would speak to me, my things were stolen from my desk, they used to laugh at me when i was doing injections, they were horrible.

Luckily it is better now I have many friends in other departments and the kids love me and i love them but i still hate going in. I am kind of stuck here as i bought an expensive house and cannot drive due to illness which has been exacerbated by stress That's why i love this site as everyone is nice and always cheers me up.

    What is everyone doing today?
And these people are teaching children???????
