There is a problem on the site. It was the same yesterday night. Everything was v slow and messages repeat as we keep pressing return when we have posted to speed things up.

I had porridge for brekkie, roast chicken sarnies and pineapple now and veggies and carbs for supper and 2 digestive biscuits before bed. Good diabetic dork that i am. How are you Amanda?

Weather not too bad here, sunny with a slight breeze, but not raining so thats good. Go out and get some fresh air, that will keep you awake.

I have lots of housework to do. I tend to do it at the weekend. If i go out in the heat (as i am dying to mow grass) i get ill so i am staying inside till it cools down!
