Just looked 'em up on google. They cause injuries. Don't wear them. Oh dear.

Mind you one of my friends at work is a cyclist (does 100km in a day etc) bonkers and he has to shave his legs. It is to do with friction apparently. He is terribly macho and when he appears in his cycling shorts i do laugh at him.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
